Sundays
8:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist: Rite One (No Music)
This quiet, reverent service is perfect for those who have grown up in the Anglican tradition or who prefer a quieter, more contemplative approach to worship that evokes reverence for God's transcendent holiness. The service is conducted using Rite I (traditional language) and includes Holy Communion and a sermon. It is a spoken one, with no music, and a brief sermon is included. The service lasts approximately 45 minutes.
9:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist: Rite Two (Contemporary Music)
This upbeat worship service features contemporary music blended with traditional hymns led by a praise band and is ideal for those coming from worship traditions outside the Episcopal Church. The service includes Holy Communion, a children’s sermon and a traditional sermon. After the children's sermon, all of the children are invited to Children’s Church which is “kid friendly” version of church. The children rejoin the adults in church for communion. The service lasts approximately 60 minutes. A special time for fellowship and refreshments follows immediately after the service.
11:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist: Rite Two (Traditional Music)
This service is the most “typically Anglican” of all three services. It features organ, choir, traditional hymns and rich Anglican liturgy. It uses Rite II (contemporary language) liturgy. This service includes Holy Communion and a sermon. The service lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Wednesdays
5:30 p.m. Holy Eucharist: Rite Two with Unction (Healing service)
How Do We Worship?
Prayer for the Parish:
Almighty and everliving God, ruler of all things in heaven and earth, hear our prayers for this parish family. Strengthen the faithful, arouse the careless, and restore the penitent. Grant us all things necessary for our common life, and bring us all to be of one heart and mind within Your Holy Church; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Worship Service
If you are new to the Episcopal Church, then worship services may seem a little like a juggling contest. To help all with the service, we offer a Sunday Bulletin to lead you through the service. The bulletin contains the Bible readings along with the page references to the Book of Common Prayer and the Hymnal. At our 9:00 AM service, the entire service is projected onto an overhead screen. At the 11:00 AM service, the the entire service in printed in the Sunday Bulletin.
In our worship, we stand to sing praises to God, during the reading of the Gospel and to greet one another. We sit for other Bible readings, the sermon and for the announcements. Kneeling or standing are appropriate when praying and for personal devotion. Many Episcopalians make the sign of the cross, bow and observe other reverences, but these are not required of anyone. If you have any questions about the different reverences, please ask a member of our clergy!
All baptized Christians are welcome to receive communion. Generally, we receive the bread with our right hand stretched palm up infront of us, over the left hand, lifting the bread into our mouth. You may either dip the communion wafer into the cup of wine and consume it, or gently guide the base of the communion cup to direct it to your lips and gently push it away when you have received the wine.
We hope you will feel at home as we worship our common Lord and receive life-giving sustenance from His Body and Blood at God's holy altar.
